Bancroft NeuroPathways is a comprehensive training and development program for Bancroft NeuroHealth direct care staff. This program will give employees the opportunity to gain professional recognition, earn significant pay adjustments and develop skills that will increase their effectiveness in providing quality care to the people we serve.
All segments of the program will be taught in-house by Bancroft NeuroHealth professional staff members. Participation in the certification training is voluntary, with class times arranged to be compatible with employees' work schedules.
Salary adjustments earned at the successful completion of each certification module will be in addition to any salary increases received through the existing annual performance review program.
