Stephen Bruce, M.Ed., BCBA, CBIS
Vice President of Operations
Stephen Bruce has worked for Bancroft for more than 20 years, and has worked in the field of developmental disabilities and brain injury since 1986. In his role as Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for the oversight and planning for all program services at Bancroft.
Mr. Bruce earned his Master of Education degree specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as well as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Over the years, Mr. Bruce has served in leadership positions in several different Pediatric programs at Bancroft as well as professional development, marketing and admissions. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member at Temple University teaching courses in Applied Behavior Analysis.
